[00:00:00] Here's your enlightened freedom quote for the day. [00:00:06] There are efforts, but now let them be at a fast speed of transformation. [00:00:14] The way to do this is to finish the word reason and constantly be an embodiment of solutions. [00:00:26] There are reasons according to the time, and there will continue to be reasons and excuses. [00:00:33] However, all of you have to become embodiment of solutions because only then will you be able to solve all the problems of others. [00:00:51] So what does this mean? It means that in life we can either have a long list of reasons why something isn't working the way we want, why it's not working out the way I like it, why I couldn't do this because of this, and I couldn't get this success because of this reason, and this person did this thing. [00:01:14] So we can easily come up with a reason why things didn't work out for us. Oh, why didn't it work? Because of this and because of that and blah, blah, blah. And if we become someone who has a long list of reasons, then we are basically justifying being stuck. [00:01:36] I couldn't meditate today because blah, blah, blah, and I couldn't get up early because of this, this and this, and I couldn't do this because of this. And so unsuccessful people in any area of life are very, very good at making excuses, coming up with reasons. [00:01:54] And there's another great quote, that you can either have excuses or you can have results, but you can't have both. [00:02:05] So one is this habit of making reasons and excuses for everything, and the other is to become an embodiment of solutions. [00:02:16] So what does that mean? It means that when a problem comes, when a challenge comes, because they're definitely going to come to all of us, right? [00:02:25] Our immediate response to that is, how can I solve this problem? What are all the solutions? What are all my options? So let's say, for example, I have a health issue, all right? That's going to cause me problems in various ways in my life. What are all the solutions I have? I could talk to this person, go to this doctor, go to this doctor, do this research, do this research, try this thing, try that thing. [00:02:53] There's so many options for health, right? [00:02:58] If I have money problem, what are all my solutions? All of them. Write them all down. Get help, get mentors, get support. Do research. Read books. If we are having issues with our mind, all right, what are all the solutions? What are all the opportunities? What are all the options? [00:03:14] Keep writing lists after lists after lists. Because when we do that, we refocus our mind on what the end result is and what the method is to get there. [00:03:31] And that means that our attention and our energy goes from negativity and excuses and reasons, which is very low consciousness. It's victim consciousness. It's negative, it's stuck, it makes us feel depressed, it makes us, makes us feel weak, it makes us feel hopeless. So we take our energy away from that whole area and move it into this proactive solution. Focus. [00:03:58] What can I do about it? What are all my options on every level of life? [00:04:04] What can I think differently? How can I feel differently? What can I say differently? What can I do differently? What different relationships can I have? How can I change my environment to support this? Right? Spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, financial environment, everything. What are all the options on every possible level? It's a completely different way of thinking. And it gives us a lot of energy, it gives us a lot of inspiration. It opens our consciousness, it shifts our feeling, and that allows us to have fast effort, fast success in our life, because going from, oh, this happened, oh, gosh, it's all, well, oh, what can to worry? What can I do about it? This, this, this. [00:04:52] And if you don't know what to do, who are all the options that I have people I can talk to that could help me figure this out. [00:05:02] You can feel the difference, right? The huge different vibration between these two things. [00:05:08] So this is something that we can apply to every single area of our life in every single situation that we have. We might not need a long list, by the way. Sometimes we just, you know, the answer is pretty straightforward. [00:05:27] So next time a problem comes or a challenge comes, an obstacle comes, which it will. What are all the solutions? What do I need to do? What's the best solution out of all the solutions? And how can I implement that now, today? [00:05:43] This is a game changing perspective. This is why some people are very successful and other people are not. I'll give another example of this. [00:05:52] There is a guy who has no arms and no legs, literally, right, born that way. [00:05:59] And of course, you can imagine coming up with all sorts of reasons and excuses why you should be depressed and why your life's not going to get anywhere. This guy did that for a while and didn't get him anywhere. He then decided to stop doing that and to take responsibility for his life. And he's now a very successful, multimillionaire public speaker. Right? [00:06:22] Isn't that amazing? [00:06:24] No arms, no legs, no worries is the name of his book. [00:06:28] And so if someone like that can do it, then what excuse do we have? Let's be honest. If Viktor Frankl can have options and focus on things he wants and thinks about solutions in a concentration camp Nazi Germany, then surely we can do that in our life today. [00:06:49] So if we want to have fast effort, here is the quote for us to remember. Today there are efforts, you are making progress, but let them now be at a fast speed. The way to do this is to finish the word reason and constantly be an embodiment of solutions. [00:07:13] There are reasons according to the time and there will continue to be reasons. However, you have to become an embodiment of solutions because by you becoming an embodiment of solutions, you will not only solve your own problems, but also become one who solves the problems of others in the world. [00:07:39] So enjoy being an embodiment of solutions. Thank you for your presence and many, many blessings.
