[00:00:01] Welcome to the Letting Go of negative Emotions meditation.
[00:00:10] To start, let's take a few beautiful breaths.
[00:00:16] As you breathe in, just feeling that wonderful sense of lightness.
[00:00:24] And as you let go, just surrendering and releasing any tension in your body as if everything is softening and relaxing.
[00:00:44] And as you breathe, just listen to my voice as you learn and experience that negative emotions are just stored energy.
[00:01:06] They are emotion, energy in motion that has got stuck somewhere in our body, in our being, in our mind.
[00:01:21] And when we feel any negative feelings, our immediate reaction is normally to suppress, repress, stuff it down and run away from it.
[00:01:36] Because we don't like negative feelings, negative emotions.
[00:01:42] The problem is, as we breathe now, just opening up to this awareness.
[00:01:50] When we block our emotions, they get stuck and they actually expand.
[00:02:00] What we resist persists.
[00:02:06] So in this meditation, we're simply going to allow the emotions to arise naturally and we are going to allow them to be released.
[00:02:27] Each and every breath that we breathe out is an opportunity to clear out and let go of negative feelings.
[00:02:37] They want to go, they've come up to be released. They want to move through us and out.
[00:02:49] And for us to do that, we need courage simply to be with our feelings.
[00:02:57] This is a safe space.
[00:03:01] It's just a moving energy. It's all it is.
[00:03:07] So as you breathe now, just open your heart and mind.
[00:03:12] Are you willing to feel your feelings? Just for this meditation, are you willing to feel your feelings and let them go?
[00:03:36] So just notice where you feel. Any emotions or energy in your body could be in your heart, your solar plexus could be anywhere.
[00:03:52] And just breathe. Let's take a few beautiful breaths. No agenda, just breathing and feeling.
[00:04:07] Just noticing whatever you're feeling, it's absolutely fine, whatever it is.
[00:04:19] All of the thoughts and feelings are like passing clouds, like traffic far away in the distance on a road.
[00:04:37] And you are safe and secure, just watching, noticing from a safe, relaxed place right now, just noticing as the breath goes in and out, no agenda, just allowing yourself to be here right now with what is.
[00:05:38] And as you breathe out, just allow yourself to release and let go of any tension, any, any worry, any feelings.
[00:05:51] It's like the in breath is filling you up with fresh new energy. The now moment, this wonderful presence.
[00:06:04] And as you breathe out slowly and gently, you're just clearing out the past, letting everything dissolve and disappear.
[00:06:14] Like dropping a leaf into a stream and seeing that leaf flow away into the distance, just letting go.
[00:06:33] It's just passing leaves in a stream.
[00:06:53] And you feel everything is absolutely perfect, exactly as it is, as you breathe, just clearing out any old energy and breathing in that wonderful fresh new energy.
[00:07:38] And let yourself lean into the feelings.
[00:07:44] Instead of resisting them or suppressing them, pushing them away, just lean into them, just allow them to be.
[00:07:56] And as you breathe out, imagine they're being pulled out of your, being cleaned away, cleared away.
[00:08:18] Right now is your chance to clear out any old thoughts and feelings out of your body, out of your mind, out of your heart, out.
[00:08:31] And it simply happens by being aware, allowing, welcoming, and then releasing as you breathe out very naturally. It happens very, very easily, very naturally. Gently, gently. Piece by piece, Slowly, slowly.
[00:08:58] Just like dropping leaves into a peaceful stream. One leaf at a time.
[00:09:06] And they're just disappearing, disappearing. The negative feelings are being dropped into the stream and floating away, disappearing, vanishing into the distance.
[00:09:40] Whatever you're feeling is absolutely fine, exactly the way it is.
[00:09:55] Each breath letting go, melting and relaxing, deeper and deeper.
[00:10:27] And just become curious, interested in what you're feeling, welcoming and releasing.
[00:11:08] And as you breathe, just imagine this beautiful healing light.
[00:11:14] Beautiful healing light.
[00:11:33] So you breathe in that pure energy, like a shining light shining down into your heart and mind.
[00:11:45] And as you breathe out, any old energy is just cleaned and cleared away.
[00:12:23] Infinite light as you breathe in, infinite peace and relaxation as you breathe out.
[00:13:09] And it doesn't matter where the feelings came from, what happened, the only thing that matters is that you allow the energy to arise and let it go.
[00:13:28] Let it move through you and out of your heart, out of your mind, out of your body, being absorbed back into the earth where it's safe and secure.
[00:13:44] It's just energy, stored energy.
[00:13:51] And that energy is meant to be released, surrendered.
[00:13:57] So at each second, each moment, whatever comes up, instantly let it go instantly. Surrender it without any worries, pressure. Just release and let go stored energy and emotions. It's like clenching your fist. You can even clench your fist now. Notice how that feels to have a clenched fist. Imagine you're holding energy in your hand, holding it tight, stressful. And then turn your hand the other way around, upside down, and just let it go, just release, just drop, let it go, just drop everything. It's just like that, releasing any energy. Just let it drop from your hand, let it drop from your heart.
[00:15:09] Feel it being gracefully released, falling away.
[00:15:17] Only new, fresh energy comes into your being now as you breathe in.
[00:15:26] And totally releasing and relaxing deeper into a beautiful feeling of calmness, stillness and peace.
[00:16:12] Smiling and letting go.
[00:16:20] It.
[00:16:46] There's nothing to worry about, no fear, nothing to hide from. It's just energy in motion. You can lean into it give thanks, welcome it.
[00:16:59] It's just stored energy.
[00:17:04] You don't need to do anything. Just allow it to come up by itself and let it go.
[00:17:25] Relaxing and releasing, melting into that beautiful feeling that lives underneath everything.
[00:17:36] An ocean of peace.
[00:17:42] Any negative feelings are just like waves in the ocean.
[00:17:51] Nothing to do.
[00:17:55] It's all good.
[00:18:27] Letting go more and more gently, gently.
[00:19:00] All these emotions, they want to come out. They want to be moving. They are energy in motion. They like to move, they like to move on.
[00:19:14] So just give them a chance to come out and let them go. As you breathe out, feeling more and more relaxed as you lean into, melt into, relax into this deeper peace underneath everything.
[00:19:40] Once we stop resisting, then we can feel the peace.
[00:19:48] When we start allowing life, then we can feel life holding us, supporting us.
[00:20:01] As you breathe in, just feeling that wonderful fresh energy and relaxing, releasing into that beautiful, calm, still lake of infinite peace.
[00:20:38] It's all good, exactly like it is.
[00:20:56] You can carry on just breathing and relaxing for as long as you like, Each breath taking you deeper into that wonderful peace and freedom.
