[00:00:01] Welcome to the Receiving Spiritual Energy meditation. [00:00:08] To begin, just take a few beautiful gentle breaths, smooth soft breaths as you breathe in and out, letting your whole body relax and melt, relaxing, letting go with each breath. [00:00:41] Just let yourself take some nice deep relaxing breaths, settling in and getting ready to receive beautiful natural spiritual energy into your soul. [00:01:02] This is your time just to receive, to relax. [00:01:13] A few more gentle breaths, just letting your whole body melt. [00:01:19] Come down in this safe sacred place right now. [00:01:40] And as you breathe, just become aware that you are the witness, the observer of the breath. [00:01:58] The breath is happening by itself. [00:02:01] Just notice it moving in and out. [00:02:09] And you are watching your body and the breath. [00:02:20] You exist on a different level as the observer always you're just becoming aware that you are separate. [00:02:35] You are consciousness, witnessing, noticing, connecting to the body and separate from the body. [00:03:00] You are a beautiful peaceful being. [00:03:07] As you let go and watch everything happening, it feels a little bit like flying higher, letting go, noticing that you are free, you are safe, you are non physical, pure consciousness, pure light, completely relaxed. [00:03:51] Everything's happening around you. [00:04:01] And you are the beautiful witness, shining light behind the eyes, noticing this whole world from a place of peace and safety. [00:04:41] Just like the physical body can receive the warm sunshine, that wonderful feeling when it's cold and you go into the sun and you feel that golden light, that beautiful warmth on your skin, warming you up, a wonderful feeling of warmth and light. [00:05:19] There is also a spiritual sun, spiritual energy that warms and heals the soul, yourself, the living being behind the body. [00:05:41] And just imagine a point of shining light like a star, spiritual energy. [00:05:54] And just like the sun warms you up physically, that glowing sun, this is a spiritual light that warms your heart, that fills you with peace. [00:06:14] The sun of pure love. [00:06:19] Just open your heart and your mind to bathe in that beautiful loving light, healing, purifying, radiant spiritual weight shining down into you, onto your third eye, filling you up. [00:06:58] Just breathe that in as you breathe out. Let that energy go through your whole body, filling up with the in breath and shining it all around you, that pure love. [00:07:45] Like you're standing in the beautiful spiritual sun, lying in the sun, just letting that light fill you up through your whole heart, mind and soul, breathing it in and shining it through your whole body, radiating light all around you, peace all around you. [00:08:14] Loving, beautiful light, powerful, unlimited. There's no end to the source of this love, this peace, powerful spiritual energy that's filling you up foreign, just sending that beautiful light all around you into every cell of your body, into your place wherever you are. [00:09:30] This is your Opportunity to receive power, spiritual power. [00:09:52] This is spiritual wealth. Every time you breathe in that light, breathe in that beautiful peace, love, spiritual energy that's shining down, you are accumulating spiritual power and wealth, happiness into your being that belongs to you. [00:10:22] You are restoring your spiritual bank account. [00:10:30] You are getting recharged right now with each breath. [00:10:48] It's like a link of love, like connecting a cord from this spiritual light straight to you. [00:10:59] And as you make that connection in your heart and mind, you can draw the current of spiritual energy into you. [00:11:25] Just giving thanks for that light and being open to receive as much peace and love, purity, joy, bliss as you link. [00:13:01] And you can smile and relax, just be open to receive as much beautiful light. Second by second, spiritual energy shining down into this spiritual being that you are. [00:13:24] And as it comes into you, the light, your spiritual energy also benefits your physical body, peace, good feelings, letting you completely relax, soften into a wonderful state of profound peace, returning you to a feeling of complete healing. Sat and with every second you remember this light, make this connection, you are receiving spiritual power and wealth. [00:14:59] It's a bit like looking at the sun, the spiritual sun, just bathing in that light, enjoying, getting very comfortable just being in the light. [00:15:20] Everything else fades into the light. [00:15:28] Just you receiving that spiritual sunshine, spiritual love. [00:15:37] Filling up your whole being with this beautiful energy, giving thanks, each breath just taking you deeper into that wonderful feeling. [00:16:52] Sa and as you breathe, each breath is an opportunity to absorb more energy, pure soul energy and shine it all around. Blessing everyone around you, blessing your body, your home, people in your life. It and you can make this connection and come back to this feeling again and again, as much as you like, throughout your day, even for one second, five seconds. [00:18:42] And every time you do, you are receiving wealth. You're restoring yourself back to your highest state. [00:18:56] You are filling up with peace, with bliss, with power, all the energy you need to be happy and to be successful in your life. [00:19:16] You are expanding your capacity, expanding your potential, opening yourself up to new possibilities, new opportunities. [00:19:41] And all it takes is for you to remember, I am late.
