[00:00:01] Welcome to the main thing, a magical podcast to come back to what really matters in life, which is to remember who we are as eternal spiritual beings. [00:00:18] We are guests here on this planet for a short time, and we can connect to God, to the source of all power and love, and recharge the battery of our soul. [00:00:32] This podcast is really designed to come back to the essence, come back to what actually is the ground or the foundation of reality that everything else that we're doing sits upon. [00:00:47] And to have a new practice every day, something that revolves around the theme of being aware that we're souls, spiritual beings connecting to a higher source, receiving that energy, something simple that we can bring into our day. We call these spiritual drills or spiritual practices, and we can use these every day to reconnect us and manage life with more ease and grace. [00:01:19] Today's practice is the spiritual breath, and there's many ways of doing this, but I'm going to share a simple way that I'm using today, and you can try it out for yourself as well. [00:01:34] So it's very easy. [00:01:38] What we do is, as we breathe in, just imagine above you, there is infinite light and peace shining down from above. [00:01:46] You just breathe that in as if you are filling up with spiritual energy from the source of all goodness. You can imagine love or peace filling you up. [00:02:02] You then hold that energy for a moment with the breath, and then when you are ready, you can send that vibration through your body and out into the world all around you. [00:02:19] So let's practice that a few times together, breathing in that light, remembering I am spiritual being. I'm connected to the source, who's like a being of light, shining energy down from beyond, breathing it in. [00:02:37] And as you breathe out, just sending that good feeling, that good vibration through your whole being all around you. [00:02:44] Ah, there it is. [00:02:47] Isn't that wonderful? Let's just do that a few times together. Breathing in that beautiful light, Filling up and sending that energy all around you. [00:03:07] And again. [00:03:14] And let's just enjoy that for a minute. Just keep going. Remember, you are light, spiritual consciousness. You're a guest. You're breathing in that spiritual energy that's coming down from the world of light, from the one, the Source, And then letting that vibration flow through your whole body and out into the world around you. [00:04:05] So it's very simple. [00:04:07] And if you want, you can think a word like love, if you want to feel love or peace. And you can breathe that in from the one, and then you can think that word as you breathe out and send that energy, that vibration through your whole being. [00:04:26] So you just pick a particular feeling or virtue or experience that you want to have as you breathe in infinite love or infinite peace and send that through your whole being all around. [00:04:52] Thank you for your presence. Thank you for being here. Keep doing this the whole day. [00:04:57] Remember you are safe and secure. You're a spiritual being having a human experience and all is well. [00:05:07] Much love. Talk to you in the next session. [00:05:17] Sat.
