[00:00:00] Speaker A: Do you ever feel like you're running around, like, stressing out, pushing things forward, trying to make this happen, make that happen, you know, fighting it, trying to make it better, faster, quicker, checking this, checking that, jumping around all over the place?
Well, if you do, welcome to the club.
We live in a crazy world where there's just so much stuff going on, going on, so many things to finish, so many things to do, so many different accounts to look at, so many different messages to get back to, and it can become extremely disturbing. And I know for myself, running an online business with loads of people and all the rest of can really be quite an unpleasant experience. And then AI, which is supposed to make it better, can make it worse.
Because if we're working on a project, they can be hundreds and hundreds of versions of something. Then you're like, what is going on here? So there's all these different things. Way too much information, way too much going on.
And today we're diving into how do we calm down and act from a place of ease and grace rather than from a place of pressure and stress as we go about our day.
So welcome to the podcast.
Hello, Shereen. Many blessings. Shereen and I have both been doing meditation for nearly 30 years each, and we are very happy to share our thoughts and experience with you on how to have a better life and act from a place of ease as best we can.
So, Shireen, do you have any thoughts on this terrible, terrible problem? Do you have any problem with this running around, too much going on, people this and that?
[00:01:52] Speaker B: You know, I was thinking about what you were sharing actually earlier, before the podcast, and I was thinking about how spiritual principles actually help your life. Right. It's not like there's spiritual principles and then there's your life, and you take time off from your life and go do your spiritual thing and then come back into your life. Actually, when we apply these things, they really help.
And.
And I was thinking about the problem you have. You. How beautifully you articulated the problem, and maybe you could share with us what's happening.
[00:02:31] Speaker A: Yeah. So my situation and the reason we, you know, I'm sure this is not just me, because we're all living in a similar situation, is that I am a highly creative person, so I have loads and loads of ideas.
And without AI, it's already too much stuff. Like if you look at my laptop, I go through my laptop every, like, six months and have a problem. All my folders, and I'm like, this is rather concerning because just the amount of projects and ideas and folders And I don't tend to organize things very much, so they just get out of hand. And I have multiple versions of things.
And so it gets to the point where. Where I feel profoundly overwhelmed by having way too much stuff. It's just way, way, way too much information. And then I try and use AI to try and help me out, but AI makes it 10 times worse or 100 times worse because I'm like, can you just clean this up? Make this bit better? And it's like, yeah, here's a version of it. No, no, no, no, that's not quite right. Do it again. Here's another version of it. No, no, I like the. That bit from that one, but not for that one. Here's a third. Here's a fourth version. Here's 25 versions. And I ended up, like, last month spending, like, at least two. $2,000 or something on AI credits, right? Because I was trying to, like, get more. So I'm spending all this money and.
And just end up with this way too much information and.
And no actual proper output that I'm happy with. So it's just like, huge amount of time. Too much thinking, too much money.
And what's the end result?
[00:04:07] Speaker B: Bummer, isn't it? Like, after all this work, you want something.
[00:04:10] Speaker A: After all this work, it's like, you want something.
You want to give me, at least give me. And it's not that it's all bad, it's just that then I have a perfectionism tendency that it's not quite right. So I want to get it slightly. So then it just goes on and on and on and on. So yesterday I was like, I'm just taking the day off and I'm just gonna practice.
I turn the Internet off. I can't. No. No one can. Like, I'm just done, right? Just let go. Let go. So I've been practicing releasing. Just releasing whatever's coming up, whatever feelings are coming up, whatever stress I have around it, whatever. You know, I'm trying to force something to happen.
And what I've realized fundamentally is that there is a desire for. I was reading this book called the Sedona Method, right? When I live in Sedona. So it's. It's about letting go, right? And one of the things I mentioned in the book is that behind all the stress is actually wanting control, to control things. Wanting security and wanting approval of some kind, right? That, like, behind all three or just either needs, all could be one or the other. It could be any of them.
[00:05:31] Speaker B: It could be one or the other.
[00:05:33] Speaker A: So like, if I think why am I stressed out about this stuff? It's because I want security.
Because doing the stuff leads to money, you know, and it's not that I'm about to die or anything. It's just that the ego wants more money. Just practically to live in the world and buy all this stuff that needs to be bought.
And then approval. If I'm doing something on some level I'm wanting approval.
Will people like it? Is it going to be good enough? And then control, I want him to control things. I don't like it. I want it to be better when it's. Be different.
And so what they recommend, and this is a loss, we could do a whole bunch of sessions on this is to say, here's the thing, I. Here's the goal I have. Finish this project, finish this thing.
Why is it disturbing? Like what is the actual feeling behind it is wanting control in this. For me, I went through all the things that I'm trying to work on and the ones where I was most disturbed, I wanted control, security and approval. All three of them, right?
[00:06:33] Speaker B: All three. Wow. Trifecta.
[00:06:36] Speaker A: There you go. Once you get the trifecta, then you know you're in for trouble, right? So then the method is, is like just sit there. So I have this journal somewhere around here.
I got another joke. I have like hundreds of journals. I need a fresh journal. So I got a new journal just for this purpose.
[00:06:56] Speaker B: And so anyway, it's like your problem on journals too. It's like, it feels like I've got the same problem. Is like, like now focused on journals.
This is why I got a scribe. Because I had so many journals, I didn't know which one was which.
[00:07:15] Speaker A: Well, I have a scribe as well. That's just added more of a problem to exist, existing problem. And I. So I'm like now. I'm like now I've got this thing with this all hidden inside this thing and I can't even look at it.
[00:07:24] Speaker B: So there is a problem with the scribe though, right?
You can't see what's going on inside. You have to go in and then
[00:07:31] Speaker A: you see if you're, if you're somewhat of an organized person, then you can handle this sort of stuff. Otherwise it's an. It just gets out of hand. I'm not, I do like the scribe though.
But I could get a remarkable instead of. That would be better. So. But it never ends, does it? So, So I was writing down all my goals. Here's all these things I want to do that. They haven't happened yet.
And why am I disturbed about this is fundamentally because I want control, security and approval. So the method is to, is to release, just say, am I willing to welcome the feeling I'm having around this?
And am I willing to let go of needing control?
You know, just doing one at a time, leading approval? Because if I can release the need for those things, the want for those things, the desire for those things, then I can see it more clearly. It's just, just something that needs to be done rather than it's got all this baggage connected to it.
And, and so what I've personally noticed is that the fundamentally the problem is that when I start working on computers and the Internet's turned on and I'm checking stuff, it actually puts me in somewhat of a hypnotic trance where I'm prodding at things to just, oh, just check this and I'll finish this and I'll jump here and I'll go here and I'll go here. And it's like, because it's fundamentally dissatisfying, it's like junk food, right? It's like if I start eating chips, I can't just have one chip, do you know? I mean, because they're designed that way, right? I can't just. Here's one chip, they're just one. There you go, right? It's like, can I have another?
So they come in a big bag. So it's the same thing with the Internet.
Check it, check this and then just quickly check this and then let me just. And then, oh, I got this message, I need to. And it just goes like back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, and none of it's really satisfying and it, and it causes me to be in, in a state of, of like I just need to do one more thing and then everything will be great. But it, that can go on for a couple hours or even longer. It can go on for many hours potentially.
And, and then at the end of it I just feel spun out and I haven't achieved. I mean, I've moved things forward sort of, but I've just got loads of versions of various projects that, you know, and I'm like, so this is, I'm just being radical. This is a problem I've been dealing with. So what I've come to appreciate is that the only real solution to this in the Hero's Journey, if you, if you study Joseph Campbell's work and different heroes journeys that people talk about, right, the hero goes through multiple levels of challenge like, that's why we like watching movies. And towards the end, the hero actually has to die and be reborn to come out the other end. Right? And I personally feel I've reached the point where I have to die. That's the only way around it. I'm not physically dying, but something fundamentally has to be released.
And so ultimately, you know, we're getting kind of deep here. I'm just sharing my personal experience with this. Is that the only way for me anyway to get out of this situation of being all over the place is to have a complete refreshed attitude towards my life and my work, where I just let go, let go, let go of any negative feelings I have very, very deeply. Long enough and slow everything down and, and also ask God for help.
Be an instrument for God. Because in our spiritual teachings, there's this expression. I can't remember the exact quote, but it was something along the lines, if you're an instrument, if you're like channeling, if you're allowing God's energy or inspiration to come through you, then you get a lot of benefit from it and it's easier. But if I don't do that, then even though I might be running around all day long, 90 of all the positive karma is deleted because it's coming from the ego.
And so not only is it unpleasant, not only does it not get results, but also karmically, a big chunk of it is destroyed.
So, so like on, on every level, it's a loss, it's stressful. Doing doesn't lead to the result. And karmically, it's just, it's mostly. Nothing much is coming of it either.
[00:12:34] Speaker B: Because you have a trifecta problem. Huh? That's a really huge thing.
[00:12:38] Speaker A: Yes, trifecta problem.
[00:12:39] Speaker B: But, but, but, but at least you're looking at it. Honestly. No, but I was thinking about something when you were saying, when we get up in the morning, 90% of the time we are focused on what we have to do. But what you're saying is, why am I doing it? And how am I doing it is also very important.
Like, you know, really, why am I doing it? Why am I doing.
Let's say you are. Whatever you're getting work. Let's say you're working on your website or whatever thing you're working on is. Yes, that is the what you're working on your website.
But there is a why, right?
And the why is you want to help people, which you want to help people is one end of the scale. And you want approval. You Were saying is the other end of the scale.
And so it seems to be totally imbalanced. Like you not really thinking about why am I doing this.
But I loved what you were sharing about how am I doing it and also why am I doing it? Can be I'm an instrument of God.
I'm doing it as seva.
Right. And if I'm doing it as seva, like you were saying, right.
If I'm doing it as seva and I'm doing it as an instrument service and I'm doing it as an instrument of God, then you know, I get hundred percent of the good karma, Otherwise I get 90%. Right. I really love that. Part of what you shared is actually we can maybe club why and how.
Why am I doing it? Is I'm an instrument of God. How am I doing it as an instrument of God?
What do you say?
[00:14:32] Speaker A: Yeah, it's. It's a very, very deep thing.
That's why just sitting there saying here's a goal that I have.
And then why. What's really going on behind this? Like, what's my actual motivation, my reason for doing it really and truly? Where is it coming from? And I think there's oftentimes dual purposes because like I do genuinely want to help people and I do like from my heart, want to be of service.
And there's also the ego, the human side that's like I want security, approval, control and various. You know, I want to. There's certain personal like benefits that I'm looking for. But the higher, the more I feel completely liberated from that. I think the big problem I have is that I can feel completely free. It's just that I go into a hypnotic state when I'm using certain things. So I'm not in the right headspace to be in that space where I can come from that energy. So if I. If I turn everything off, I'm like, oh, everything's great. What's the boss problem? Me, I feel liberated.
But. But then because of.
I'm not going to blame the tech companies because they're only partly to blame for this, their algorithms and everything. But the fact is, is easy for me at least to get into a somewhat of a hypnotic state. So I'm not coming from the right place, even if my intention. So it's a lot of extra work.
I'll give an example. I was sharing this with SH earlier that I started playing basketball again. I like playing basketball. So I've been shooting hoops right down in here in Sedona.
And when I Went there, nothing was going in. Like, I was just like, like, I can't. Like, how come this. They're just not going in, right? And then I was like, sometimes they did like, why is it going in when they are. When. Why is it when they're not and I can't. So I've been letting go, letting go, letting go, letting go of. Because it's the how. Right one is, what am I doing? I'm shooting a hoop ramp, throwing a basketball into a hoop. But how am I doing it and why am I doing it?
And I've decided to do this. The reason I'm doing it is to. To. To check my internal state. Am I desiring that this goes in the ball, goes in the hoop, or am I.
My deeper reason is that I'm just noticing my inner state. That's why I'm doing it. Just to. Just to test my state of mind. And as soon as I think I'm a spiritual being or I remember God, like at the moment of releasing the ball, I started doing that. And it went from nothing going into all of them going in.
[00:17:18] Speaker B: Wow.
[00:17:19] Speaker A: I'm not joking. It was just like another one, another one, another one, another one. And I go further back and they'd go in and I'd take a three pointer and he'd go in. I'm like, this. I don't know. This is a miracle. So. So for nothing going in to everything going in, I mean, and then of course, it doesn't work, then if it didn't go in, I'm like, what. What was I feeling at that moment? Was it desire? Was it like just thinking the thought but not feeling the feeling?
And so, so I'm just.
There's behind the action, there's the reason, the. The why we're doing it, but then there's also the energy behind it, the how.
[00:17:58] Speaker B: Yeah, absolutely.
[00:17:59] Speaker A: That's what we're getting into today.
[00:18:01] Speaker B: Based on some of the things you said, we do have like a framework. We could say that we can, you know, work through for anything. Right. And especially, you know, both of us should be doing this and then invite our. We are inviting our listeners and our viewers into this. And so why don't you start us off with the framework because you've really thought this through.
[00:18:28] Speaker A: So the, the. One of the biggest breakthroughs that I've had, which of course I've known theoretically, but haven't practiced because hard to do that much, is to slow down by 20% or even 10%. Right.
Which applies to everything. So, like, for Example, I was folding my laundry today and I was like, I was like, no, just, just, just do it slowly.
Give thanks for the clothes, you know, and then I'm eating. Am I eating quickly or slowly? You know, putting the dishes away?
Everything can be slowed down because it's not possible to come from a higher state of consciousness whilst rushing around. In my opinion, like, they're, they're not compatible. Running around.
Force, force. It's not compatible with ease and grace, you know, so. And not only that, to. I've been running around many times and if I'm not in the right space and I'm running around, I will like bang into something or drop something or make a mistake or say something. I mean, make so many mistakes.
[00:19:38] Speaker B: They are rushing and then you're banging into something.
[00:19:42] Speaker A: Exactly. So it's not pleasant to do it and it has a problem. And I was reading this book called Effortless. Great book. And they. Something from the military. They say slow is smooth and smooth is fast.
That's a military expression. It's kind of nice expression, actually. If you go slow, then you can be smooth and if you're smooth, then you can go fast, right? Now, of course, be better if it wasn't from the military, but it's still good expression, right? Slow, smooth. Smooth is fast. So if I slow down, I can do everything smoothly.
And because it's smooth, I'm not going to make mistakes and screw stuff up. And there's like a bigger space for being aware of other things when there's smoothness.
So that's. The first step is to slow down, right? By 20.
The second step is to notice what am I actually feeling right now.
And can I welcome the feeling? Can I welcome the feeling? Can I? This is from the Sedona method. There's lots of different methods like this. But just basically instead of just powering through in a negative state or just in an unconscious way, slow down. And then what am I? Am I willing to welcome this feeling and am I willing to let it go?
Right? Because if the feeling is driving the action, then it's gonna. It's coming from not the right place, right? It's hard to be in a higher state of consciousness if there's these energies underneath. And I've actually been experimenting with this because sometimes I don't want to let it go, right? So instead of that, I say, am I willing to welcome what I'm feeling?
And then am I willing to hold on to it?
You know?
Do you know? I mean, because if you say can, can I Hold on to this feeling. Then, you know, then it's like, oh, I notice what's going on.
Right.
[00:21:53] Speaker B: Even to be a witness of it is such an improvement.
[00:21:58] Speaker A: So you slow down and then am I willing to just notice what's coming on and welcome it in without running away from my feelings and my thoughts?
And.
And then am I willing to release this? Am I willing to surrender it up to God, let it go?
And if I'm not, am I willing to hold on to it as tight as I can?
And as soon as I do that, I actually makes me smile. I'm like, am I willing to hold on to this feeling?
[00:22:25] Speaker B: It's like, maybe if you're a masochist.
[00:22:30] Speaker A: Yeah. Well, I mean, it's like, why do we feel bad all, you know, some of the time, some when we don't need to.
So then. So that process of being, just noticing, allowing it to come up, could I. In the Sedona method, they say, you know, can I welcome it? Could I let this go? Would I let this go?
And when.
When would I let it go? Right. Just to just to sort of ease it through.
But ultimately it's just noticing what's going on and letting it go.
Because that way that the. Before doing anything, the stress and the. The energy and the consciousness behind it has been upgraded.
So I think it's worth letting go, letting go, learning. Because otherwise it's coming from not necessarily the best place in the beginning. And if the energy behind the thing behind the task is a bit off, then what's it going to create?
So that second step, by the way, could be done thousands of times throughout the day. I mean, all throughout the week.
[00:23:37] Speaker B: Right, right.
I was thinking, I love those two steps, but the other step can be about really, you know, remember you were saying that about safety, that I am a soul and I'm safe. You know, as spiritual beings, we are safe only when we become body conscious. When we go into the body and we go into all of the labels and the ego and the everything that. The stories that attach with it, then we feel, oh, something is going on.
I'm not safe. Right. But I'm a soul and I'm safe. I'm a soul. I am safe. And so at the seat, we are able to come to a place of safety and smoothness. Like you're saying, I love that safety and smoothness and ease is that I'm a soul and I'm safe. It's really okay. And we are all really are safe.
I'm a soul and I'm safe as a soul. We are safe.
So I was. That could be the third step.
[00:24:54] Speaker A: Yeah, it's very important to.
Because security is basically based on body consciousness, isn't it? I am not secure, and unless I do this thing or whatever it is, but I am an eternal soul, so therefore I can relax and I'm safe. You know, that's such an important thing because it purifies the vibrations. It's like, let go of the negative thoughts and feelings and then what is it that's underneath?
Yeah, the next step. And of course, you might not want to do all these, but any of these. Or if you do all of them, it'll be great.
[00:25:28] Speaker B: Even one of them, right? Even one of them. I'm a soul, I'm safe is enough.
[00:25:33] Speaker A: There you go. They're all like, in. In one way or another, coming back to the same thing. And then another thing worth doing is.
Is to give blessings to whatever you're doing before you do it. May this work out with ease and grace. It's going to be great, you know, to see the outcome to.
To send good wishes, pure feelings, good vibrations to the task before doing it. Instead of, like, I need to do this thing, I'm gonna run this. Just. No, no, just calm down and just send it good wishes. Bless it. May it be successful. May it be easy.
[00:26:09] Speaker B: And also send good wishes to everyone who's involved in the task. Also, you like the team and the, you know, the people who are going to benefit from it, everyone.
Just to be in that state of giving good wishes.
I was thinking the next step could be being connected.
Connected to the supreme right, to the source, that I'm connected. And you alluded to this in the letting go. I'm letting go to God, right? Or I'm letting go, whatever. That doesn't close your door. You don't want to use God, don't use God, but something higher to the source, to the divine, or whatever it is that you want to use that you're letting go and you're connecting.
You know, Michael and I have a very relationship with God, with the divine, which is, you know, a sustained relationship for a long time. But if you don't feel comfortable, that's fine. But just to really feel like there is something other than just you that is taking this and making this okay, you know?
And for me, that step is very, very useful.
It gives me a lot of comfort, and it gives me a lot of security, and it gives me a sense of belonging that I'm not alone in this.
You Know, like there is a higher being that is taking care of and it really eases things. It really eases things. And that's what we want, right? The ultimate goal is we want to feel nice and easy.
And for me that step really eases things. Just giving it to God. Giving it to God. Just taking it to a higher plane. Taking it to a higher plane,
[00:28:15] Speaker A: absolutely. Yeah. And another, I think one of my biggest breakthroughs in life, which I of course have to practice again, is that remembering God, connecting with God is success.
But that is the.
I really remember tuning into this a few years ago when I, I woke up in the morning and I was sitting there remembering God having some spiritual experiences, just feeling the love and power.
And I realized that my ego thinks success is external success in various ways, right? Finish this thing, blah, blah, blah, this and that, whatever, numbers and this and that.
But the reason I'm doing something is to feel better.
Ultimately I get this result so that, why do I want the result? So I feel better about myself, I feel successful, something, something, something, right? I'm doing this stuff to get this result. And why would I want the result?
For some other reason, right? And ultimately the end goal in spiritual work is connect to God and get, have a, become sane and have a higher state of consciousness. And so remembering God is in itself success. Having the remembrance, having that connection, like I was saying when I was playing basketball, sanity. Do you know what I mean? So, so I'm like, God is success and all of a sudden the hoops are the balls. I mean, like, what's going on here? So it's like, because I already have success before I release the ball, not that once it goes in, then I'm successful.
And so I think this step is like, no, having higher consciousness and remembrance is in itself success. And then, then from there whatever else comes is great, you know, then it can actually genuinely be service from a higher place because there's a feeling of success before anything happens.
[00:30:10] Speaker B: One last option is when we are working, we take a break every half an hour, every one hour we take a break, right? I take a break, I get up, I go, you know, go look at the turtles. Like we have a lot of turtles coming into our yard and go look at the turtles.
I get up, I go, you know, look at something other than what I'm doing. I take a minute, I remember God, I just, you know, move my fingers around instead of just like this, right? You know, and I move myself and I do a few pull ups or something, right?
Every half an hour. Every hour. That is very, very important to just go away from it. Because one of the things you were saying, Michael, is that you go into a trance.
All of us tend to do that, right? And we don't realize we are in it till we come out of it. We really need to unplug.
Unplug. And especially the turtles, I really like, because when I see the turtle, I remember soul consciousness. Because when the turtle is done its job, even if you go close to it, right, it just goes inside.
And I'm thinking, I need to go into the shell of soul consciousness right now. I need to go into the cello shell of soul consciousness right now. And it really helps me to just be unplugged, just for a few minutes. Unplug and move on.
[00:31:50] Speaker A: It's beautiful. I want to see some of these turtles, Shireen. So. But yeah, that's.
[00:31:55] Speaker B: You have to come here to see them. I can't show it to you on Zoom. I was thinking that this framework, we need to right now apply it in our lives, right? Let's each take a project or something we are working on.
Could be anything, right? And I want our listeners and viewers also to take this chance. Just visualize something that you're working on.
It could be something at work you're doing.
It might not be a project. It might be a daily grind you have to do. Right? We do not want to go into what you have to do. It can be as simple as folding laundry. This is what we need to do.
This particular episode is not about finding your purpose.
Is whatever I'm doing, even if I'm folding laundry, that I'm doing it with this framework.
The first one is slow down. Right, Michael?
Slow down by 20%.
Second one is letting go. Whatever you're feeling at that moment. If you're feeling good things, take it. Be appreciative, grateful, not feeling, Let it go.
Third one is, I'm a soul. I'm safe.
And then the fourth one is blessed.
Bless the project as the people involved.
And the fifth one, surrender it to a higher power.
Even folding laundry. Surrender it to a higher power.
And the last one is every half an hour to one hour, we take a break.
Did you pick a project, Michael, and saw yourself go through this?
[00:34:32] Speaker A: Yeah, it's a great. It's a great practice just to. Just to imagine.
And anything could be a this. Because the thing is, it's. It's how we do everything. How we do one thing is how we do everything. This is a quote. I can't remember who said this. But like, if we can do one thing calmly and gently, if we can slow down by 20, we can do it across the board.
If we can release any negative feelings and thoughts around something, we can do it about anything. Because you, because you can apply this to one thing and it goes to everything else you're doing. You can become aware you're a soul no matter what it is.
We can bless things, whatever they are. We can connect with, with God, with a higher power while we do things.
And we can certainly take a break. It's easier said than done to take a break. Sometimes I know if I'm like in the middle of something and I want to get it done, I don't want to stop, to be perfectly honest, but it always benefits me just to just shut the computer down and walk away and lie down, go for a walk, have some water, and everything's easier.
So pick whichever one you want or all of them. And I'm sure that if you do these things, you will feel far more relaxed and not only will you enjoy it more, you'll get better results as a side effect of feeling good.
Thank you for being here. And let's finish with one of these lovely blessings.
[00:36:06] Speaker B: All right, I'm going to pick Maturity.
[00:36:12] Speaker A: Maturity.
[00:36:13] Speaker B: I love it.
Maturity. This is God's blessing for you. Maturity.
You've gained self love through dedication to your inner life.
You have gone beyond proving yourself and look out for others. Honor.
Your compassionate, mature heart shines from within and brings you a deep sense of contentment.
[00:36:48] Speaker A: Ah, yes.
So may you be relaxed and at peace. Mature, ease and grace. These things need to be practiced. We don't, we don't get good at this stuff in one episode. Learning about it. Theoretically, we have to practice this again and again and again and again and again.
And success is ours.
If they want lots of love.
[00:37:13] Speaker B: If they want to ask us any questions and suggest anything for our episodes, there is a link in the below in the description and you can talk to us, you'll be happy to answer.
[00:37:33] Speaker A: We'd love to hear what you've. Yeah. If you have any questions, any, anything you need help with, any comments, any concerns about Brother Michael's mental health,
[00:37:47] Speaker B: we are sending lots of blessings to Brother Michael mental health.
[00:37:51] Speaker A: No, no, no. I'm all right. It's all fun and games. I think it's like when we go really deep and we really look at what's going on, it.
It's something to, to be aware of, you know, I think it's like when we stop everything. When I stop everything, then I can see these subtle things and it is so I hope everyone found something useful here. If you have any questions, let us know. We also have free meditations, free courses, all kinds of good stuff, all, all for free. There's no upsells. We're just here to help you out and you can get all that in the description as well. And if you are listening to this in one of the podcasts, we'd love to have a review because we love hearing from you and if anyone else would benefit from this, share it with them so you can help someone else who's stressed.
Have a beautiful, beautiful day, beautiful week, and we will connect with you very soon.
Yay.
